The Employee Benefits Account Management Senior Specialist is primarily responsible for the overall administration and management of the GreatDay HR’s Benefits and Early Wage Access program. As the subject matter expert of the benefit programs, he/she shall drive the creative and strategic designing to build and grow this digital product to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
This resource shall understand all facets of this benefits program to further identify potential enhancements to fit existing clients’ and/or Philippine market needs. It is also this resource’s key role to build marketing strategies to help expand the client base.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualize strategic approaches to roll-out and encourage clients to use the Benefits program
Create new strategies for the company to meet business targets with new products that will serve the needs of existing clients
Generate new ideas in business partnerships, and be involved with all stages of product life cycle: generation, idea screening, concept development, building a market strategy, market testing, and market commercialization
Identify what products/services are necessary to be created and/or implemented to enhance processes and promotions
Assist with ongoing operational improvements of the process and tools
Conduct monthly market scanning and maintain a database highlighting features and products of direct competitors
Work closely with the marketing team in creating a brand image of the company and meet customer expectations for quality and function
Create and maintain internal and client records
Send regular business review report to the clients regarding the benefit program performance. This shall include but not limited to financial usage, issues encountered, upcoming enhancements, etc.
Provide customer support to internal and external clients and effectively respond to concerns
Ensure adherence to all applicable internal and external regulations
Provide reports and regular updates to management.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources/HRIS, Project Management or any related field
Experience in Compensation and Benefits, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
Conversant with all Microsoft Office programs
