    SunFish DataOn Philippines Inc. ("SDP") recognizes our responsibilities under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data we collect, record, organize, update, use, consolidate or destruct from our client. The data obtained from this survey is entered and stored within the company authorized information system and will only be accessed SDP authorized personnel. The company has instituted appropriate organizational, technical and physical security measures to ensure the protection of the collected data.

    Furthermore, the information collected thru this survey shall only be used for the following purposes:

    1. Assessment of SDP services and respondent experience throughout the current engagement
    2. Identify business proficiency and opportunities based on client feedback
    3. Marketing and promotional efforts including, but not limited to, advertisements, social media posts, brochures, etc.

    SDP shall not disclose the respondents’ personal information without their consent.
