The Sales Solution Architect is primarily responsible for the end-to-end sales process from performing multiple prospecting functions, including identifying, researching and contacting potential new customers to gain understanding of their HR business needs and requirements, initiatives, and recommendation of solution design based on Standard SunFish HRIS architecture framework.
This resource shall be a highly motivated individual who can structure and implement innovative and strategic solutions to address the clients’ requirements effectively. He/She should be able to adapt easily to a fast-paced sales process.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or anything in equivalent
- Experience in general Human Resources facet is preferred
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales and Information Technology roles
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
