An Application Maintenance Support main objective is to be responsible for resolution and tracking of GreatDay HRIS live or production instance issues raised by the Client, and management of production change requests, if any. The role ensures that day to day tasks is performed according to the acceptable standards defined in the End User License Rights Agreements (EURA).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in either of the following role a human resource, business process outsourcing, software implementation, business analyst, basic project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in I.T, Computers or Human Resources management.
- Conversant with all the Microsoft Office Programs, Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Management, etc.
