This MPS Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all our client’s payroll activities. Maintains payroll teamwork calendar, ensuring the timely payroll deliverables to the clients. In addition, this role includes, but is not limited to overseeing some team members, liaison to internal departments to provide guidance, build strong working relationships and resolve escalated issues internally and externally. This is a middle management position that requires demonstrated leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Payroll Administration in business process outsourcing or shared services organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in I.T, Computers or Human Resources management.
- Conversant with all the Microsoft Office Programs, Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Knowledge of Philippines Labor Law, and regulations.
