The Sales Engagement Senior Lead is the experienced account management or sales professional driving the whole sales process from planning, prospecting, pre-sales to deal closure and meeting revenue growth targets.
This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify, work with the Solutions Architect Lead in developing new prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.
Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years as Software/Technical Sales or other sales experience
- Successful previous experience as sales representative or sales lead
- Consistently meeting or exceeding KPI/Targets
- Proven ability/portfolio to drive the sales process from prospecting to deal closing
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
